Amid rapid growth, New Age faced challenges in effectively onboarding a surge of new associates, further complicated by low engagement in previous training campaigns.

Recognizing that most of New Age’s associates would consume content on mobile devices, we recommended filming the 24-part series in a vertical format—creating a fun, modern experience tailored for mobile viewing.

To boost completion rates, we focused on elevating content quality while preserving the authentic, user-generated feel that resonates with New Age’s audience. Staying true to the brand’s aesthetic was crucial, as it remains a key draw for new associates.

By collaborating closely with New Age’s creative team, we successfully modernized the brand’s educational content without losing its original spirit, striking the right balance between fresh and familiar.

The campaign achieved a completion rate twice that of the previous effort and led to increased sales from new associates, as well as longer contract durations.

production process.

To maximize efficiency and production value, we conducted extensive location scouting to find spaces that offered multiple usable scenes within a single setting. By leveraging the natural production quality of these locations, we minimized the need for set dressing and eliminated costly company moves.

With over a dozen New Age products to feature naturally within the content, we carefully coordinated product placement to align with each scene’s activity. This required detailed planning to ensure each product felt integrated, not forced.

Operating under a tight schedule, we strategically blocked our shoot days to move fluidly through the location. This minimized setup time and allowed us to capture more content efficiently. We also designed our schedule around the position of the sun, using natural light to enhance the visual quality of each shot.

Smart planning, thoughtful integration, and efficient execution enabled us to meet creative goals while staying on time and on budget.
